reported a present balance of $11,281.82. She also reported bills
paid for fire insurance and the tractor. She sent 65 post cards to
SVRA for the upcoming reining clinic and we have food money to
deposit of about $75.00. It was motioned to accept the
treasurer's report.
Grounds
The tractor is repaired and wet spots in both rings have been
filled with stone. Pat reported a notice from West Hempfield
Township for key contacts from the club. She will fill it out and
return it, with Heather and Mark, herself, Anita and Dick Getz
named as keyholders.
Steve reported the tractor quit again and was repaired by
Hollinger's for which we will receive a
bill.
